SBNS Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., Regd. Office: #19798-A, 1st floor, St. No. '17, Near Jwala Mata Mandir, Ajit Road, Bathinda. (Copy Attached).</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">As the site falls in Industrial Growth Centre, Bathinda, so, the site is suitable for establish of such type of industries. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Further, the proposal submitted by the PP for the abatement of Water and Air pollution is adequate except the disposal of the gel based sterilization residue. However no guidelines for disposal of ethylene oxide gel has been provided by CPCB nor the process is listed in the categorization of the industries as per Board’s guidleines.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">It is, therefore, recommended that consent to establish (NOC) may be granted to the industry for the manufacturing of Disposable Medical syringes of Sizes - 2, 3, 5, & 10 ml @ 550000 numbers/day, for a period of one year, subject to the usual conditions and special condition that:</span></p>
