<p>Sir, it is submitted that to verify the compliance, the industry was visited by AEE of this officeo n 31.10.2023 and it was observed that as infomred by the industry duirng the personal hearing, the industry has installed APCD (wet scrubber) on the hot dip galvanizing section. The section was however not in operation during the visit. The APCD was in good condition as observed during the visit. As regards to Water Act, 1974 the case of the industry is being processed seperately. Further, the industry has also deposited consent fee valid upto 30.06.2028. Submitted please.</p> |
