| Clarification Note: |
The application submitted by the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The industry has not submitted any detail regarding installation of electric heater for the disposal of wastewater generated during hand washing activities by the labourers at the time of preparation of paint.
2. The industry needs to submit compliance report of conditions of the previous granted consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
