| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has not submitted the permission regarding ground water abstraction from PWRDA.
2. The compliance report submitted by the industry has not been signed by the authorized signatory.
3. The validity of consent to operate mentioned in the self-declaration form is incorrect and has not mentioned the OCMMS ID. The industry is requested to update the same and also requested to submit the self-declaration form for renewal of consent under the Water Act, 1974.
4. The industry is requested to provide the list of machinery installed of Rs. 146.21 lakhs.
5. The industry has not deposited the penalty under the both Acts.
As such, it is requested to remove the above said observation within 02 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
