| Clarification Note: |
The application has been scrutinize and it is observed as under:
1. The marriage palace has not submitted Analysis Report of effluent from Board /Approved Lab alongwith the application.
2. The marriage palace has not submitted the land area in acres in case of disposal onto land for plantation/irrigation in the application form.
3. The marriage palace has submitted that no process emissions are generated whereas, as per Mechanism/Guidelines for Control of Pollution and Enforcement of Environment Norms issued by CPCB in compliance with the Hon’ble NGT Order dated 19.09.2019 in the matter of OA No. 400/2017 titled as Westend Green Farms Society Vs Union of India &Ors. The marriage palace is required to install proper ducting system in the kitchen to tap process emissions. The MP is required to submit compliance of conditions mentioned in Mechanism/Guidelines for Control of Pollution and Enforcement of Environment Norms issued by CPCB in compliance with the Hon’ble NGT Order dated 19.09.2019 in the matter of OA No. 400/2017 titled as Westend Green Farms Society Vs Union of India &Ors. (copy attached).
4. The marriage palace has submitted approved building plan dated 2020 whereas, as per the C.A certificate the addition in building have taken please in the year 2021 and 2022 of about Rs. 12 lac which need clarification. The marriage palace is requested to submit land lease.
5. The marriage palace has applied under the other type of industry under orange category whereas, it needs to apply under the categorizations 2095 for marriage palace.
