<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is submitted that the industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the green category under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for establishment of industrial unit for manufacturing of Tractor Parts, Tractor rotavator gearbox, Tractor rotavator & Job work @ 9.3 MTD by using raw material CI Casting @ 10 MTD alongwith requisite documents. <strong><em>(Scrutiny was carried out on 03.11.2023 & Scrutiny completed on 03.11.2023).</em></strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 8400/- vide R. No. 193784910 dated 31.10.2023 as NOC fee. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate for one year against the total proposed cost of the industry Rs. 296.9 lacs.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted a copy of allotment letter issued by Punjab Small Industries & Export Corporation Limited vide no. PSIEC/ESTATE/EO/2412 dated 22.04.2022 regarding transfer of Industrial Plot No. A-7(D), Focal Point, Chanalon measuring 557.08 sq.yards in favour of 99 years lease hold basis for the manufacturing of Tractor parts to M/s Ironclad Consulating Private Limited.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted a copy of letter issued by Punjab Small Industries & Export Corporation Limited vide no. PSIEC/ESTATE/12442-43 dated 28.06.2022 regarding conversion of plot no. A-7(D), IFP, Chanalon from lease hold to free hold.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted a copy of letter issued by Punjab Small Industries & Export Corporation Limited vide no. PSIEC/Estate/9101 dated 10.07.2023 regarding change in name & style of Plot No. A-7(D), Focal Point, Mohali in the name of M/s Ironclad Industries Private Limited.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted deed of conveyance executed between Punjab Small Industries & Export Corporation Limited, Sector 17, Udyog Bhawan, Chandigarh hereinafter referred to as Seller of the one part of the deed and M/s Ironclad Industries Private Limited having its Registered office at H. No. 623, Gillco Valley, Sector-127, Kharar, District SAS Nagar. The industrial Plot No. A-7 (D) measuring 557.08 sq.yards, Industrial Focal Point, Chanalon, Kurali, District SAS Nagar and hereinafter referred to as the said Plot has been transferred / allotted to M/s Ironclad Industries Private Limited having its Registered office at H. No. 623, Gillco Valley, Sector-127, Kharar, District SAS Nagar. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted manufacturing process chart and same is given as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In view of the above, may if approved, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year subject to suitable condition and following additional condition that:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry will stick to the production capacity mentioned in this consent and will not increase the same without prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
