No. 445452320 dated 13.10.2023 & Rs. 21212/- vide R. No. 843526349 dated 02.11.2023 as NOC fee. The fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate for five years against the total cost of the project Rs. 990 lacs.</span></p>

PSIEC/ESTATE/5067 dated 26.05.2023 regarding transfer of Industrial Plot No. F-140, Phase VIII-B, Industrial Focal Point, SAS Nagar (Mohali) measuring 501 sq.yards in favour of 99 years lease hold basis for the manufacturing of “IT & ITES Services” to M/s V-Con Intelligent Security Private Limited through its authorized signatory Sh. Upendra Sharma S/o Sh. Brij Mohan Lal Registered Office Plot No. C-204, Industrial Area, Phase VIII-B, SAS Nagar, Mohali.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">In view of the above, may if approved, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for five years subject to condition and following conditions that:</span></p>
