<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The project proponent has <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">uploaded Site Plan/Location Plan, Project Report, Registration of Firms, Partnership Deed, Land Documents, Feasibility Report of ETP, Manufacturing Process, Area Classification certificate issued by DTP, Amritsar vide no. 1074 dated 05/09/2023, as per which the site is situated in Industrial Land Use Zone and the industry is allowed at the site etc.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>It is further intimated that the proposed process of the industry falls in Red category in small scale sector and competency to decide the case lies with The Senior Environmental Engineer of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that t</span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 12pt;">he consent to establish (NOC) applied by the industry under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 12pt;">granted for one year as per the policy of the Board along with special condition that the industry will not operate its unit without obtaining consents from the Board.</span></p> |
