<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the report of the Regional Office has been examined and observed that the poultry farm is now complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As such, in view of the recommendations of EE RO Patiala,if approved, the consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2027 under orange category subject to certain conditions and special conditions as proposed by RO.</p>
