The industry has failed to submit any proof regarding the disposal of spent effluent to CETP or by any other method during visit. Further. the industry had provided 02 Hot dip galvanizing furnaces of which one was in operation during visit. The black smoke was observed from outside the industry. The industry had not provided any APCD with both the furnaces.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; tab-stops: 481.5pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-language: PA; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Now, as verified during visits on </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">15.03.2023, 26.07.2023 and 21.11.2023, </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-language: PA; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">the industry is regularly lifting its trade effluent to CETP and has provided water scrubbers as APCD with both the furnaces. </span></p>
