<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; color: #5d5d5d;">It is submitted that the project proponent has earlier granted Consent to Establishment (NOC) vide no. CTE/Fresh/LDH4/2017/6718895 dated 05.12.2017, which is valid upto 04.12.2018 for Residential Colony in an area of 39.932 acres (161599 Square metres) only for area development project and only plots are to be sold to the prospective buyers and no building construction activity is to be carried out and for discharge of Domestic Effluent @ 272.0 KLD {to utilize effluent onto land for plantation and other non-core area (after treatment) and only surplus effluent thereafter will be discharged into sewer after meeting with the standards prescribed for respective mode of disposal} with suitable and special conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; color: #5d5d5d;">Now the project proponent has applied for fresh Consent to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 through OCCMMS for Partial Consents for 125 Residential Plots and discharge of domestic effluent @ 66 KLD onto green area of 11000 sq.yrd and for construction.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; color: #5d5d5d;">The project proponent has deposited consent fee of amounting to Rs. 3,95,000/- vide R.no. HDFCR52023110651866316 dated 06.11.2023 under the Water Act, 1974, which is adequate upto 30.09.2026 and Rs. 3,45,000/- vide R.no. HDFCR52023110651868268 dated 06.11.2023 under Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.10.2025.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; color: #5d5d5d;">The project was visited by the undersigned on 21.11.2023 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; color: #5d5d5d;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; color: #5d5d5d;">The project proponent has constructed 54 houses and is undergoing construction of 31 more houses and approx. 30 families are residing in the houses.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; color: #5d5d5d;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; color: #5d5d5d;">The project proponent has installed STP of capacity 300 KLD based on MBBR Technology for the treatment of waste water generated from its premises.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; color: #5d5d5d;">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; color: #5d5d5d;">At present the effluent generation is very less as enough waste water is not being generated to treat in STP and treated waste water is now being discharged through septic tank into plantation area of approx. 11000 sq yards (2.27 acre) inside the premises.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; color: #5d5d5d;">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; color: #5d5d5d;">The municipal solid waste generated through the premises is being handled through Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; color: #5d5d5d;">Keeping in view of above it is recommended that fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2025 with suitable and special conditions that:-</span></p>
