<p style="text-align: justify;">1. No, the industry has applied fresh consents under VDS scheme. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The industry has submitted 10,000/- rupees each under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 as notional fees under VDS scheme since 2000 to 2018. Therefore, the fee is calcuated since 01.11.2018 alongwith penalty fee upto 31.10.2023.</p>
