CTOW/Fresh/ASR/2023/22325641 dated 26.06.2023 and consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/ASR/2023/22325638 dated 26.06.2023, which were valid upto 30.09.2023 for Dental Hospital Comprising of 10 beds and 188 Dental Chairs @ 198Numbers/Day with suitable terms and condition</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">Now the HCF has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for (hospital @ 198 Beds (10 Beds + 188 Dental chairs) along with Request Letter, Compliance report of previous granted consents, Copy of BMW Authorization, Bed Capacity Certificate, Agreement made with CBWTF valid up to 05/05/2028 and Annual Report.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">The hospital has already deposited Rs. 90,000/- vide UTR No. SDL130169040 dated 12.05.2023 under Air Act, 1981, Rs 50,000/- vide UTR No. SDL130169524 dated 12/05/2023 as penalty under Air Act, 1981. Rs 90,000/- vide UTR No. SDL130169144 dated 12.05.2023 water Act, 1974, Rs 50,000/- vide UTR No. SDL130169413 dated 12/05/2023 as penalty under Water Act, 1974. Further the hospital has deposited Rs. 40000/- vide UTR No. POD000176454 dated 17/10/2023 as consent fee under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 40000/- vide UTR No. POD000176280 dated 17/10/2023 as consent fee under Air Act, 1981, which it is adequate upto 31/12/2028 under both Acts. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">The hospital has submitted completion certificate of the STP installed in which it has mentioned that the total capacity of the STP is 50 KLD and has completed its installation work. The hospital has also submitted flow diagram of the STP.</span></p>

Chairs and 10 beds.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 0.75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.5in; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">The hospital has installed pre - treatment in Laboratory and Operation Theatre with the help of Sodium Hypochlorite Solution.</span></p>

D.G. set of capacity 315 KVA and 25 KVA, which are fitted with canopy.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: 20.8px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20.8px; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">It is further intimated that the hospital is complying with the provisions of </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20.8px; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981<strong>. </strong></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20.8px; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">The hospital is having bed capacity of 198 beds and competency to decide the case lies with Senior Environmental Engineer.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.25in; line-height: 20.8px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20.8px; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the hospital up to 30/09/2028 with suitable terms & conditions along with special conditions that: -</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 0.75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.5in; line-height: 20.8px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20.8px; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20.8px; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">The hospital will get effluent sample (combined liquid and domestic effluent) analyzed from an approved lab of the Board within 01month.</span></p>
