In light of the facts given in the said note, it is recommended that consent to operate granted to the industry under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 29.02.2024 (i.e. upto the date of temporary restoration of electric connection) with usual conditions & alongwith special conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please. </p>
