The industry has applied for fresh of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 along with requisite documents. The industry has submitted approved building plan from architect approved by Director of Factories, Punjab. The industry has submitted MSME certificate as a proof of date of commissioning. The industry has submitted letter issued by DTP, Ludhiana vide letter no. 2586 dated 20.10.2023 stating that the falls in industrial zone as per approved Master Plan (2007-31). The industry has deposited Rs. 102200/- vide UTR No. 455808346 dated 07.12.2023 (water) & Rs. 102200/- vide UTR No. 524017778 dated 07.12.2023 (air) & Rs. 5400/- vide UTR No. 455808346 dated 07.12.2023 (as NOC regularization fee) against the fixed assets of Rs. 51.39/- which is adequate upto 30.06.2028.</span></p>

Ltd., Focal Point, Phase -8, Ludhiana @ 5000 Ltr/M for the treatment & disposal of trade effluent generated from process.</span></p>
