<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">It is submitted that earlier the industry was given personal hearing before the CEE on 1.08.2019, wherein it was submitted by the industry that it has closed its washing process. After hearing it was decided that the online renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 application may be returned to the industry with the request to re-submit the same for nil generation of trade effluent.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Accordingly CTO application case applied by the industry was returned to the industry with the request to re-submit the same for nill generation of trade effluent.</span> Thereafter the industry was visited on surprise basis by the officers of the board on 30.12.2022 and industry was found discharging its untreated effluent into drain due to which industry was issued directions u/s 33-A for disconnection after hearing before CEE on 16.03.2023.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Now, the industry has again applied for generation of trade effluent @0.16 KLD. however not submitted any analysis reports of its ETP/APCD.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">1.There is increase in value of plant & machinery of amount approx. 10.27 lacs but the industry has not submitted any detail in this regard and not submitted the NOC fee.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">2.. The industry not submitted the compliance of hearing decisions dt 16.03.23</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">3. The the value of building has been increased. However, the industry has not submitted the revised building plan.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">4. The industry has not submitted the valid lease deed of the land.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>As such, the application of the industry cannot be processed at this stage. If approved, the application may be returned with request to re-submit the same with above details. Application can not be returned from my portal as it is already returned in the past.</p> |
