<p><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">Please peruse note of AEE as above, earlier the consent under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 was granted upto 31.10.2023 and electric connection of the stone crusher was restored temporarily vide ZO Letter No. 2026 dated 09.05.2023 for the period upto 31.10.2023. The stone crusher has applied for the renewal of consent. The stone crusher was visited by this office and found non compliance under the various provision of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">Submitted for approval of action as recommended by AEE above and directions to PSPCL authority may be issued for not to release the electric connection further without the consents of the Board.</span></p> |
