<p style="text-align: justify;">I<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">t is intimated the above-said matter was discussed with the worthy Chairman sir and MS sir by the officers of Ludhiana ( CEE, SEE, and under-singed) on 8/12/23. After discussion, the matter was not concluded, the same is being under consideration.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">it is intimated that the matter to frame a policy to decide the CTO applications of the brick kilns have been processed through E-office vide computer no. E-199554 as decided by the Competent Authority, The said E office is yet pending. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is further submitted that the application has been pending for more than 90 days. Moreover, the review of the pendency meeting is to be under the chairmanship of worthy SSTE sir on 11/1/24.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The industry was already visited as mentioned in above said notes and found to comply with the code of practices. </span></p>
