<p>It is submitted that perusal of previous application reveals that the unit was established after obtaining NOC of the Board. At the time of obtaining the NOC, the industry submitted <span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Cambria, 'serif'; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px;">DTP certificate vide memo no. 3497 dated 03.12.2021, as per the DTP the site of the industry falls under Industrial Zone on national highway/schedule road as per approved Master Plan, Ludhiana (2010-31) and iron and steel rolling mill are allowed in this zone. </span></p>
