In light of the facts given in the said note, it is, therefore, recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30/06/2028, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please. </p>
