<p style="text-align: justify;">Point regarding approved Building plans was not raised in calrification rasied on time scrutiny as the industry had submitted copy of buiding plans. However, while processing the application it was observed that the Architect is not approved by Director of Factories, Punjab. Matter in this regard was discussed telephonically with PP on 15.12.2023 and he informed that the building plans have not been yet approved by Competent Authority. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Consent fee deposited under the Water Act, 1974 can not be linked with applcation for CTO-A. Thus, the industry is required to submit fee under the Air Act, 1981. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry was visited by undersigned on 15.12.2023 and it was observed that the industry has not yet commisssioned. The industry was in process of installing ETP. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Keeping the above in view, kindly grant approval to return the application and the industry will be requested to apply it again with approved building plan, adequate consent fee under the Air Act, 1981 and after installation of ETP. </p> |
