<p>The point wise reply to the observations raised by your goodself is as under: -</p>
<p>1. The industry has not purchased any additional land and the additional land was the old property of one of the partner of the rice mill. Thus, there is no increase in the value of land. The representative of the industry informed that they have not installed any new machinery and the previous machinery already installed in the industry is adequate for expanded capacity of padd processing @ 9.0 TPH.</p>
<p>2. The industry was commissioned last year and no sampling was carried out. At present, the rice mill industry is not in operation due to some issues with Govt. and the sampling will be carried out in near future.</p>
<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that varied consent to operate (CTO) under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted up to 30/09/2032, for the production of Sorted raw rice (with dryer) @ 6.0 TPH by processing of Paddy @ 9.0 TPH, subject to the suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and a special conditions that the industry shall get its APCD monitored from Board’s lab & shall submit analysis report to the Board in this season.</span></p> |
