<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->The visiting officer has reported that the industry has provided septic tank for treatment of domestic effluent, which is thereafter discharged onto land for plantation developed along the boundary wall.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->In view of above, if approved, CTO under the Water Act, 1974 be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2028/adequacy of consent fee for production of Non torrefied Bio mass pellets @ 5 TPH from agro based residue.</p>
