<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The agency failed to submit area classification report/site suitability certificate from the DTP and was accordingly issued SCN under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 alongwith an opportunity to submit written reply, within 07 dyas, however the agency has failed to submit any reply in the matter. </span></p>
