CTOW/Renewal/PTA/2020/12870000 dated 30/06/2020 having validity upto 30/06/2025 for discharge of Domestic Effluent @ 3.75 KLD onto land for plantation after treatment in ETP and Trade effluent @ 120.0 KLD onto land for plantation after treatment in ETP and washing of driers/boiler blow down @ 2.0 KLD onto land for plantation after treatment in<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>ETP and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/PTA/2020/12869920 dated 30/06/2020 having validity upto 30/06/2025 for production of <strong>Saila/Steamed/Dry Rice @ 4.0 TPH</strong> by processing of <strong>Paddy @ 6.0 TPH</strong> as raw material under red Category subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consents to operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, due to change in its status from proprietorship to partnership, for manufacturing of <strong>Rice (Saila/Steamed/Dry) @ 4.0 T/hour </strong>by processing of<strong> Paddy :<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>@ 6.0 T/hour and </strong>for discharge of trade effluent @ 120 KLD, washing of driers/boiler blow down @ 2.0 KLD and domestic effluent @ 3.75 KLD onto land for plantation after treated in its ETP, under Red Category, along with requisite documents. The industry has deposited total Rs. 64800/- vide Receipt no. 481050168 dated 18.12.2023 as consent fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and total Rs. 68900/- (Rs. 64800/- consent fee + Rs. 500/- Application form + Rs. 3600/- NOC regularization) vide Receipt No. 784915871 dated 18.12.2023 as consent fee under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. Therefore, the total consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate up to 30.06.2028 against the fixed assets of <strong>Rs. 891.91 lakh</strong> as on 30.11.2023 as per CA certificate dated 09.12.2023 submitted by the industry. The industry has submitted compliance reports of the consent conditions earlier granted to it. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">Keeping above in view, it is recommended that renewal of consents to operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2028 for manufacturing of <strong>Rice (Saila/Steamed/Dry) @ 4.0 T/hour </strong>by processing of<strong> Paddy :<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>@ 6.0 T/hour and </strong>for discharge of trade effluent @ 120 KLD, washing of driers/boiler blow down @ 2.0 KLD and domestic effluent @ 3.75 KLD onto land for plantation after treated in its ETP, under red category, subject to certain condition and following additional conditions that: </span></p>

The HDPE warp knitted fabric be made of 100% virgin high density polymer of at least 70 gm/m2 weight having 40-45 hole/inch2 to prevent wind blowing of stored husk. </span></p>
