SIR,
We have established the colony in August2020.Copy of the electric bill of house will soon provided. We have made an MSW collection and disposal agreement with Hari Bhari Recyclable Pvt Ltd.,Patiala (Waste recycling facility approved by MC Patiala) Copy attached. STP ,as per Final LOI Clause no.25, not required at the time of getting LOI from MC Patiala. Necessary sewerage charges has already deposited while approved the township from MC,Patiala. Also Find attachment CA certificate as on 18.12.2023.Also now we have attached the NOC regularisation fee.Hope you will find our submission in order.
