<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%;">It is submitted that the subject cited rice sheller unit was granted consent to establish (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for operation of unit to produce Raw Rice/Sorted Rice @ 2 TPH with dryer, vide no. </span>CTE/Fresh/MKS/2023/21768933 <span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%;">dated 25.04.2023, valid upto 24.04.2024, with suitable conditions mentioned therein. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 0in; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%;">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 for same capacity through OCMMS along with requisite documents. The details of the case as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 5.65pt .0001pt 5.0pt;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate applied by the industry under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be granted <span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%;">for operation of unit to manufacture Raw Rice/Sorted Rice @ 2 TPH with dryer</span> for a period upto 30.09.2029 to the industry with suitable conditions along with special conditions that:</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -.5in; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 5.65pt .0001pt 1.0in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">i.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry will get its stack emissions samples analyzed from Board's lab within 2 months, positively.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -.5in; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 5.65pt .0001pt 1.0in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">ii.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry will discharge only treated domestic effluent onto land for plantation / green belt.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -.5in; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 5.65pt .0001pt 1.0in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">iii.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall not increase its existing land area without prior permission of the Board.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -.5in; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 5.65pt .0001pt 1.0in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">iv.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall not increase its production capacity without the prior written permission/NOC of the Board.</p>
