File Note: <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: 23.65pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">&nbsp;It is submitted that the industry was granted to 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no.&nbsp;CTOW/Varied/PTA/2023/22748570dated 26/08/2023and under Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no.&nbsp;CTOA/Varied/PTA/2023/22746908dated 26/08/2023, both are valid upto&nbsp;30/09/2024for manufacturing of Fly Ash Cement Concrete Blocks, Paver Blocks, Tiles, Poles @ 15000 No./Day, Agriculture Knitted and Woven Fabrics / Nets (Technical Textile-Agrotextile) @ 25000 Sq.m/day and Agriculture Baler Twines and Plastic Ropes and yarns @ 4000 Kgs/day<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>by using Grey cement/ White cement @200 Nos./Day Fine and coarse aggregates (various sizes and colours) @1000CFT/day Steel wires for reinforcement @100Kgs/day PP &amp; HDPE Granules and master batches @5000Kgs/day Pigments and Plasticizers @5Kgs/dayas raw material under orange category, subject to conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: 23.65pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt;">Now, the industryhas applied for renewal of Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention &amp;Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">for manufacturing of Fly Ash Cement Concrete Blocks, Paver Blocks, Tiles, Poles @ 15000 No./Day, Agriculture Knitted and Woven Fabrics / Nets (Technical Textile-Agrotextile) @ 25000 Sq.m/day and Agriculture Baler Twines and Plastic Ropes and yarns @ 4000 Kgs/day<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>by using Grey cement/ White cement @ 200 Nos./Day Fine and coarse aggregates (various sizes and colours) @ 1000 CFT/day Steel wires for reinforcement @ 100 Kgs/day PP &amp; HDPE Granules and master batches @ 5000 Kgs/day Pigments and Plasticizers @ 5 Kgs/day as raw material</span><span style="font-size: 12.5pt;">. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: 23.65pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt;">As per record file, the industryhad already deposited consents fee was adequate upto 30/06/2026 against the fixed assets of Rs. 571.39 lakh as on 31.03.2023.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: 23.65pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt;">Now, the industry has deposited additional fees of Rs. 40500/- vide UTR No. IN1ON231212011NE dated 12.12.2023 as water consent fee and Rs. 40500/- vide UTR No. IN1ON231212011XGdated 12.12.2023. Now, the total is adequate upto 30.09.2028.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: 23.65pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; background: white;">The industry has also submitted effluent sampling reports and analyzed by NABL Approved Laboratory on 02.12.2023. As per the report, the concentration of parameters is pH : 7.58, BOD : 26 mg/l, TSS : 41 mg/l, COD : 72 mg/l, TDS : 818 mg/l,&nbsp;which is within the permissible limits as prescribed by the Board.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: 23.65pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt;">The industry has submitted compliance report of consent conditions earlier granted to it under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><em><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">It is pertinent to mention here that the Board vide office order no. 329 dated 14.09.2023 in suppression of Board&rsquo;s office order no. 443 dated 09.08.2021<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>has decided to facilitate the entrepreneurs with auto generated of renewal of consent to establish/ operate /authorization of any category of small scale industries<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>/ projects / Health Care Facilities (upto 50 beds) and hazardous waste generating industries on the basis of self-declaration by these entrepreneurs and shall be without any inspection / physical verification by the officers of the PPCB. </span></em></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 23.65pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 <a name="_Hlk152092235"></a>may be renewed upto 30.09.2028 subject to conditions as per policy of the Board.</span></p>
