<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; background: white;">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 through OCMMS along with relevant documents with same capacity, detail of case as under:</span></p>

SBIN323349424445 dated 15.12.2023 under the Air Act, 1981, to make adequate upto 30.09.2033 under both Acts.</span></p>

A VFD fan has been provided with the chimney and the length of the brick kiln (central island) was found less than 245 feet.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; background: white;">The brick kiln was complied with the code of practice prescribed by the Govt./Board for such type of units as well as with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 5.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; background: white;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; background: white;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that renewal consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted for a period upto 30.09.2028 for production of bricks & tiles @ 30,000 nos./day using induced draft zig-zag technology, subject to the suitable conditions along with following additional conditions. </span></p>
