The industry was granted &lsquo;Consent to Operate&rsquo; under the Water Act, 1974 &amp; the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/LDH3/2019/9414720 &amp; CTOA/Fresh/LDH3/2019/9417134 both dated 15.03.2019, valid upto 31.12.2023 each under the name &amp; style &ldquo;M/s Ramjee Concretes Pvt Ltd&rdquo;.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Now, the industry has applied for fresh &lsquo;Consent to Operate&rsquo; under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 &amp; the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under the name &amp; style of &ldquo;M/s DGN Infratech&rdquo;. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>The industry has deposited Rs. 32,000/- vide UTR No. N340232770729104 dated 26.12.2023 under Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 &amp; Rs. 32,000/- vide UTR NO. N340232770722273 dated 26.12.2023 under Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 31.12.2028 under both acts. The industry has also Rs. 6400/- vide UTR No. N340232770729815 dated 06.12.2023 as NOC fee against the value of fixed assets of Rs. 148.40 lacs. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>The site was visited by the AEE of this office on 23.12.2023 and observed that:</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was in operation and engaged in the process of concrete mixing plant.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has installed one concrete mixing batching plant. The industry has installed 2 no. silos at the site. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has installed 1 no. Dimple Mittal and Sh.
