The Project Proponent was earlier granted NOC/CTE for setting up an industrial unit u/s 25 of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and u/s 21 of Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Fresh/LDH3/2021/15976324 dated 30.06.2021, which was valid upto 29.06.2022.</span></p>

The cold store has deposited Consent to Operate fees Rs. 75,600/- vide UTR/Ref no. POD002149027 dated 06.11.2023 under Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 67,700/- vide UTR/Ref no. POD002148944 dated 06.11.2023, which is adequate upto 31.12.2029. The industry has submitted document online such as electricity bill, partnership deed, registry, CLU for said plot, CA certificate etc.</span></p>

But the Project Proponent has failed to submit the reply in this regard. The industry has failed to comply with the Conditions of Consent to Establish (NOC) granted to it under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for its establishment.</span></p>
