As such CTO to this industry can also be granted for further 03 years from the date of notification.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In view of above, it is recommended that the renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2026 with suitable conditions and special conditions that the industry shall submit the continuation certificate from the Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana for getting further extension in consent to operate.</span></p> |
