The brick kiln has deposited Rs. 40400/- vide UTR No. AXSK233420003409 dated 08.12.2023 as consent fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Rs. 2900/- vide UTR No. AXSK233420003419 dated 08.12.2023 as NOC regularization fee, Rs. 500/- vide UTR No. AXSK233420003367 dated 08.12.2023 as application form fee, Rs. 40400/- vide UTR No. AXSK233420003432 dated 08.12.2023 as consent fee under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Rs. 8700/- vide UTR No. AXSK233420003446 dated 08.12.2023 penalty under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, to make the consents fee adequate up to 30/09/2033 under both Acts against the fixed assets of the industry below 25 Lakhs.</span></p>

The Brick Kiln has also submitted the copy of dimensional drawing/plan & section of Kiln showing the length of Central Island of brick kiln less than 245 ft.<span style="color: red;"> </span></span></p>
