CTOW/Varied/FDK/2018/8672269 & CTOA/Varied/FDK/2018/8672166 dated 21.11.2018 for production of CI Casting @ 0.3 TPH by using pig iron as raw material valid for a period upto 30.06.2023, respectively with conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>

Accordingly, the industry has deposited consent fee of Rs. 56,700/- vide UTR / Ref. No. N304232710812143 dated 31.10.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 56,700/- vide UTR / Ref. No. N304232710820480 dated 31.10.2023 under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.06.2028 under both the Acts. Further, the industry has also deposited NOC regularization fee of Rs. 7200/- vide UTR / Ref. No. N304232710829479 dated 31.10.2023, which is adequate.</span></p>
