<p>Sir, It is submitted that the date of electric connection is 24.04.2023. Copy of bill attached herewith.Undertaking given by the industry of commissioning is July 2023. As such, 24 April 2023 may be considered.</p>
<p>Further, the industry has submitted copy of sewer bill indicating that it has sewerage connection. Copy of receipt attached herewith.</p>

<p><span style="caret-color: #5d5d5d; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: #ffffff;">The industry has deposited consent fee of Rs. 89,900/- (Rs. 72,000/- under the Water Act, 1974, Rs. 14,400/- as NOC regularization fee & Rs. 500/- form fee) vide R.No. 641341758 dated 22.12.2023 and Rs. 72,000/- vide R.No. 483222817 dated 22.12.2023 under the Air Act, 1981 against gross value of fixed assets Rs. 3,59,73,840/- and plant & machinery of Rs. 1,34,09,320/- as on 31.10.2023. Now, after deducting the penalty fee for late application it is adequate upto 31.03.2027.</span></p>

<p>In view of above, resubmitted for approval as per recommendation of undersigned dated 05.01.2023 with rider of validity of CTOs up to 31.03.2027,please.</p> |
