<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: -7.1pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 7.1pt; line-height: 150%; mso-pagination: none; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span lang="EN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN;">Sir, in reply to the observations raised by the Competent Authority vide note dated 03.01.2024, it is submitted that earlier M/s Punjab Dyer Association (SPV), Tajpur Road Module, Ludhiana vide its letter dated 22.07.2022 had submitted a letter regarding allotment of tentative shares of the CETP, 50 MLD, Tajpur Road, Ludhiana amongst the dyeing members of Tajpur Road, Ludhiana. As per the list submitted to the Board, the industry was temporarily allotted shares of 608 KLD. But now PDA vide its letter dated 21.06.2023 and Company Secretary vide its letter dated 26.07.2023 has informed that the industry is having shares of 908 KLD, hence it is clear that the industry has done trading of shares @ 300 KLD. in violation of the Directions issued by the Board on 22.12.2020. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: -7.1pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 43.1pt; line-height: 150%; mso-pagination: none; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span lang="EN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN;">It is pertinent to mentioned here that, in a similar case of industry M/s R.R Fabrics, Mahveer Dyeing Complex, Tajpur Road, Ludhiana, the industry was also involved in the trading of shares in violations of the above mentioned directions, but the competent Authority of the Board had regularized the present shares of the industry (after trading) by considering the certification of the Company Secretary as well as the shares which have been DEMAT. Hence on the similar pattern, case of this industry may also be considered for the regularization of shares @ 908 KLD.</span></p>
