<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Sir, it is intimated that the industry was renewed its agreement for lifting of spent acid with M/s JBR Technology Pvt. Ltd. @ 6000 liters/month but inadvertent renewed the trade effluent quantity for 4000 liters/month instead of the correct quantity of 6000 liters/month as per the agreement with the CETP. Now, the industry has again applied for the same quantity for 6000 liters/month and the copy of the same is enclosed herewith. The M/s JBR Technology Pvt. Ltd. Focal Point LDH will be lifted its entire effluent in compliance of Board letter no. 20550 dated 05/09/2023 from the industry without execute any separate agreement.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">In view of above if approved, renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/06/2028 with suitable conditions and special conditions the industry shall submitted the copy of agreement in Regional Office Fatehgarh Sahib within a week.</p>
