<p style="text-align: justify;">Discussed. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that AEE reported that the industry has now installed water meter at the outlet of the inlet and also sent photograph of the same. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry has already submitted copy of in principally approval including building plan under Factories Act, 1952. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry is now complying with conditions of NOC under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of the above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted ‘Consent to operate’ may under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 i.e. up to 30.09.2027, subject to suitable conditions and following addtional conditions: </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. The industry shall install flow meter at the outlet of ETP, within 01 week and submit compliance of the same in Regional Office, SAS Nagar.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The industry shall operate and maintain ETP, effectively and efficiently, at all times.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. The industry shall discharge only treated wastewater for plantation purpose within premises.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4. The industry shall comply with the guidelines issued by PWRDA and shall obtain permission from PWRDA for abstraction of ground water.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">5. The industry shall not discharge any effluent outside its premises, at any point of time, under any circumstances.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">6. The industry shall not discharge the effluent into any drain/choe/nallah, in any case.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">7. The industry shall not discharge any effluent at any unauthorized place by any unauthorized means i.e. shall not discharge any wastewater in any drain / inland surface waters / drain/choe/nallah/ onto land for stagnation or outside its premises, at any time, under any circumstances.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">8. The industry shall get its final building plans approved from to the Director of Factories, under the Factories Act, 1948, within 03 months and submit the same to the Board.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">9. The industry shall ensure that the activities of unit does not create any nuisance in the surrounding areas and no public complaints are receive</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">10. The Consent is being issued to the industry based upon the documents/ information submitted by it alongwith the online application form. The Board would be at liberty to take penal action against the industry and its responsible/ concerned person(s) in case information/document is detected as incorrect/false/misleading at any point of time.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">11. In case the industry fails to comply with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and/or any other environmental law applicable to the project and Rules, Circulars & Directions issued by the Board from time to time, action as deemed fit shall be taken against the industry.</p>
