<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">Kindly peruse the agenda note of AEE. In view of the facts mentioned in the agenda note of AEE, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 30/06/2028 subject to the suitable conditions and following additional conditions: -</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">1. The industry shall maintain the record w.r.t consumption of freshwater used in the process viz-a-viz wastewater generated and lifted by CETP operator/ Re-processer and shall submit the same by 5th of every month in Regional Office, Fatehgarh Sahib. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">2. The industry shall develop & maintain adequate plantation area all the times to utilize its treated domestic effluent onto land for plantation. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">3. The industry shall not discharge any quantity of treated /untreated under any circumstance without obtaining prior written permission from the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">4. The industry will not emit black smoke under any circumstance. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">5. The industry shall ensure that the concentration of various pollutants in the emissions does not exceed limits prescribed by the Board for such type of industries/ furnaces. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">6. The industry shall not use any unauthorized fuel in its premises under any circumstance. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">7. The industry shall also interlock its Air Pollution Control Device (APCD) with furnace to ensure its regular operation. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">8. The industry shall ensure that no air pollution problem / public nuisance / odour problem is created in the area due to discharge of emissions from its industrial premises. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">9. The industry maintains it's already stabilized its vehicular movement area within industry/entry/exit points, to suppress the dust emissions.</span></p>
