File Note: <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 250%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">Sir, it is submitted that as per Board policy dated 30.04.2013, temporary restoration shall be granted for a period of six months in the first instance and samples will be collected with a minimum gap of 45 days and maximum gap of 55 days during the temporary restoration of six months. Case for temporary restoration, grant of consent for temporary period shall be approved by the competent authority on a case to case basis as per competency. Thereafter, the case will be considered for permanent restoration. However, the minimum gap of 45 days and maximum gap of 55 days during the temporary restoration is valid, if temporary restoration has been done for six months but in this case, the industry was restored temporary connection for 4 and half months. Further, the industry was not in operation in the month of September, Oct and has started operation in 20<sup>th</sup> Nov and Board has to collected 3 samples before 31.12.2023. Therefore, the samples have been collected within the gap of 30 days.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 250%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">In view of above, it is recommended as per earlier note dated 08.01.2024.</span></p>
