BMW/Renewal/BTI/2022/18409126 dated 25.05.2022 for 50 bed capacity, valid for a period up to 31.03.2023</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The HCF has now applied for obtaining of Consent to Operate of the Board under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 as well as renewal of authorization under the Bio Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 through OCMMS along with relevant documents. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The HCF has submitted copy of agreement made with M/s Medwaste Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Village Bidowali, Tehsil Gidderbaha, District Shri Muktsar Sahib regarding lifting of bio medication waste generated within the premises of the HCF, which is valid upto 31.01.2025.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The HCF has not deposited any additional fees with the application however as per the guidelines of the meeting dated 17.8.2023 Govt hospitals shall be granted authorization conditionally in case of the non-submission of the fees. </span></p>

During visit, the ETP was in operation, however, there was no flow at the outlet as the prefiltration tank was empty and the aeration process was in operation was in operation.</span></p>
