1. You are requested to deposit Rs. 1100/- as NOC regularization fee. 2. The industry was granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH1/2023/23038621 dated 14/12/2023 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH1/2023/24214636 dated 14/12/2023 both valid upto 19/01/2024 for the manufacturing of M.S. Round, Hexa & Flat @ 100 TPD with special condition that the industry shall be bound to apply online for grant of Terms of Reference (ToR) on or before 19/01/2024 in compliance to notification no. S.O. 3250(E) dated 20.07.2022 of MoEF&CC and obtain Environmental Clearance, failing which this 'consent to operate' shall stand revoked/cancelled automatically. Please submit compliance. |
