<p>It is intimated that the industry was earlier engaged in electroplating process and now is engaged in powder coating process only.</p>
<p>The industry has applied for renewal of CTO under Air Act, 1981 under orange category. However, the industry is required to apply for varied CTO under orange category.</p>
<p>Now, if approved, the application of the industry may be returned to the industry with the request to resubmit the application for varied Consent to Operate under the said category.</p> |
