| Clarification Note: |
The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. There is no sewer in the vicinity of the project, and the project proponent has proposed to install mechanical evaporator and has not given any feasibility report / detail drawing etc. regarding the same. The project proponent needs to submit proposal regarding additional land for the disposal of treated effluent. The project proponent needs to submit ownership of proposed land (for utilization of treated wastewater) as well as needs to submit the land revenue record / Khasra No. and revenue latha / chajra alongwith the same and the distance of the proposed site from the existing site of the project.
2. The project proponent has not proposed to provide ultra-filtration system with STP for utilization of treated domestic effluent for flushing purpose.
3. The project proponent has not submitted all the documents of the land of the project.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
