File Note: <p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;">It is intimated that the Project Proponent has applied for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and&nbsp; Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for establishment of new unit for the manufacturing of Pellets @ 5 TPH from Paddy Straw 28800 MT/Year as raw material through online.</span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The Project Proponent has </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;">deposited Rs. 11300/- vide online UTR No. 730301792 dated 06/01/2024 as NOC fee including Rs. 500/- as application fee against gross value of fixed assets of Rs. 484.65/- Lakhs against the value of project mentioned in project report submitted by the industry and same is adequate for one year period.
