Shergarh, Khanauri Arno Road, Tehsil Patran, Distt, Patiala </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">under orange category along with requisite documents. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 10800.0 /- vide online UTR No. SBIN324009168534 dated 09.01.2024 on account of NOC fee against the total proposed project cost of Rs. 336.35 lacs as per the project report and Plant and Machinery of Rs. 85.00 lacs, which is adequate for one year. The project proponent has submitted the project report along with requisite documents for establishing hotel. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-indent: 76.5pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">The project proponent has obtained building plan approved for an area measuring 12 Kanal 1 Marla (1.506 acre) located at Village Shergarh, Tehsil Patran, Distt, Patiala, Distt. Patiala from the Department of Town &amp; Country Planning, Punjab issued vide memo no. 1471 &ndash;STP(P)/SP-327 dated 30.08.2023. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-indent: 76.5pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">The industry has submitted the feasibility report prepared by M/s ADS Envirotech Technical Service &amp; Consultants, Patiala (Punjab) in which it was mentioned that M/s D M Grand Hotel, located in Village Sher Garh, along Kanauri-Arno Road in Tehsil Patran, District Patiala, Punjab, is in the process of establishing a hospitality and banquet facility on their premises. This facility will encompass various amenities such as hotel rooms, a restaurant, and a banquet hall, among other offerings. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Accordingly, the site was visited by the undersigned on 15.01.2024. Rooms (25x2) @ 50 Numbers/Day, Banquet Hall @ 150 Numbers/Day, Staff @ 5 Numbers/Day) and discharge of domestic effluent @ 10.0 KLD onto land for plantation after passing through STP at Vill. Shergarh, Khanauri Arno Road, Tehsil Patran, Distt, Patiala under orange category with suitable conditions</span><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-bidi-language: PA; mso-ansi-font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;
