<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 113%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: .35pt 11.2pt .0001pt 36.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->ETP has been installed for treatment of wastewater generated from washing area of food joint and treated effluent is being discharged into M.C Sewer. Components of STP comprises the following: - Collection tank, Chemical dozing and tube settler, Pre-filtration Tank, Carbon and Sand Filter, Outlet into sewer.</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt;">The restaurant has submitted the Building/permit sanction vide No. PB/KXH/KAPUR/87148 dated 20.08.2021.</span></p>

However, as it has installed a D.G set capacity> 10 KVA, it has been covered under green category.</p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 77.4pt; line-height: 113%; margin: .35pt 11.2pt .0001pt 36.0pt;">In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">upto 31.12.2028 </span>with usual conditions as per policy of the Board.</p>
