The agency has submitted completion report of effluent treatment plant (ETP) of capacity 2 KLD</span></p>

ETP installed and in operationable condition. Septic tank provided for treatment of domestic effluent. Discharge of the effluent after treatment in ETP & septic tank, onto land developed under plantation as per karnal technology in an area of 1 kanal. Painting booth provided with inbuilt filter as APCD and stack of adequate height. 1 no. DG set of capacity 125 KVA installed with canopy and adequate stack height. The agency is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 as well as conditions of the consent to establish (NOC) granted to it.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol; color: black;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; color: black; background: white;">In view of above, if approved, consents to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the agency for Washing & Servicing of vehicles (four wheelers) @ 20 nos/day for the period upto 30.09.2027, subject to the following special conditions that:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 58.5pt; text-indent: -22.5pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;">The agency will ensure to maintain its plantation area and will be bound to increase the same in case stagnation is observed in it at any time. </span></p>
