<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><em><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">2.</span></em><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> <em>The Environmental Engineer, Regional Office-1, Ludhiana shall visit the industry and process consent applications in compliance of decision no. 1.</em></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">As per report of RO, the industry has not submitted permissibility certificate from Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana in compliance of decision no. 1.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">If approved, show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be issued to the industry with opportunity of personal hearing at ZO level, please.</span></p>
