The MC Ludhiana also directed to disconnect sewer connection of industry vide no. 3457 dated 07.07.2023. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">The industry is a small scale red category unit and was granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 upto 31</span><span lang="HI" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: HI;">.</span><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">03</span><span lang="HI" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: HI;">.</span><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">2023 for discharge of treated trade effluent @ 120 KLD and domestic effluent @ 2 KLD into sewer with special condition that the industry shall take adequate steps to stop discharging their industrial effluent into municipal sewer, Ludhiana by 31</span><span lang="HI" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: HI;">.</span><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">03</span><span lang="HI" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: HI;">.</span><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">2023.</span></p>
